...to this! Much better, yes? Eventually that back wall will be the same green as the kitchen and the right wall with the Jack Vettriano picture will be a neutral tan For now it's a 100% improvement from what it WAS! :):)
Last Saturday the West side of the house went from this...

...to this! All in one afternoon. :) We were busy bees! K&L came up for the afternoon and lent their hands too. T'was so much help to have them here, 'specially on the top 1/2! Thanks friends!
Saturday evening P. installed some copper solar lights down our driveway. They look great!
Monday P. tackled the top gable portion. He tore off the old siding & nasty tar sheathing, then...

Whew! This side of the house went so much quicker than the East and North side since there weren't any windows in the way. Maybe we should just cover up all our windows? ;)
Ok, now I must get caught up on what we did today! :)

what'cha gonna do when it's all done? play checkers? pretty impressive, and pretty nice. Glad you have good friends to help you out. And it's cool to see you working along with hubby! :) Gonna take up construction?... (pays better and not as stressful as banking - well Wes might have a different opinion on that). Happy hammering!
