Peter and I took a trip down to San Diego from the 7th - 16th to help my pops enter the next 1/2 century of his life in style. We had a great time acting like tourists!
Tuesday we went to Disneyland:

Uncle Phil brought up an amazing buffet! We had carne & pollo asada tacos with all the fixin's!
Dave wrote a great song about Dad and the rest of our family... I just love how he and Ron frame that metal sculpture on the wall! (Mom's playing the piano behind them...)

The week went by lightening fast - but it was SO great to have all our family together! And we surprised Dad so GOOD!(Mom has a more detailed write-up on her blog of all the festivities...)
