Here's an update on our end-of-year activities (or lack thereof?)! Nothing too exciting going on around these parts.
Christmas Eve, Justin (Peter's best man) came out for dinner... We had decided we'd go out to eat somewhere - and figure the "where" when he arrived... but no such luck! This one horse town shuts down, COMPLETELY over the holidays! There were TWO restaurants open, a local Mexican place and Denny's. We opted for the better of the two evils and had Mexican.
Christmas Day we enjoyed a quiet day at home. Daniel, Peter's nephew kept us company and we took a venture up to the property - it's so beautiful up there right now, all covered in a soft white blanket.
We worked the rest of the week, and are now enjoying our Special Meeting worker company! Mon. night we had one visitor, tonight we have three, and tomorrow we'll have four!
Enough for now - hope all had wonderful holidays, and are looking forward to 2008! I know we sure are!
