Pre-Wedding festivities

Peter and I spent this last weekend in Boise, Idaho... helping my middle bro Dellas get married! It was such a fun time! I'm going to split the blog into two posts, pre-wedding and wedding.
Pre-wedding:
We stayed at my Uncle Ned & Auntie Na's along with Mom n' Pops, Gram & Gramps Clark, Wes, Shauna, Cori & Chloe - it was a lively household! Ned & Na' just moved and have a beautiful, big house with a HUGE yard... perfect for company & warm summer/fall-ish days!
Defying gravity - this trampoline knew how to bring out the little kid in us!
... and Wes too. :-)
The boys could get some serious air!
Eh... just a little Matrix move of mine. :-)
Shauna and little Miss. Isabella
FLIP!
Diet Coke's newest spokeswoman!
The center of attention!! Cute lil' Chloe~
Pops throwing some horseshoes
Ned showin' Peter and I his project. He has completely stripped down and is now restoring an original Chris Craft boat - huge project & pretty amazing!!
Boise State Bronco's littlest big fan!
Pizza & sushi one night for supper
Chloe catchin' a ride with Wes on the bar-b-que.
Pops mowing the yard, getting ready for the big rehearsal dinner. Mom and Dad put the dinner on at Uncle Ned & Auntie Na's house.
Gramps cleaning the patio
Us girls in the kitchen... we hibernated in the space for almost two whole days getting ready! Mom spent all of last week prepping food & baking!
Dippin' cookies
Ned & Na' have a few peach trees on their property & they are in full harvest right now!
Shauna & Auntie Sandra, busy, busy.
Shauna & I... We made cutting watermelon quite an ART! :-)
Jean & Auntie Sandra truly making art out of the fruit... this platter was beautiful!
Pops soon hereafter realized that this type of raw meat was not for consumption! (or sushi!)
Hey, even the groom got in on some of the chopping, dicing & slicing!
Mmmm, strawberries. How did that piece of cabbage get up on my forehead?
Meat's been poked, marinated overnight & now ready to grill!
Post grilling, Uncle Ned & Kayla (Dellas' best man, Jake's wife) slice & dice some more
Spanish Rice, si, no? Si! :)
Cabbage with cilantro/sour cream/cayenne pepper sauce - SOOOO good!
The finished fruit platter - gorgeous!
Finished cookies- they were more pink than this picture shows... just use your imagination! :-)
Mom's homemade Reeses bars - these never last long!!! Delish!
Chocolate dipped strawberries... these were an afterthought!
Uncle Ned and Auntie Na' made homemade dry-ice ice cream for us all - the best ice cream you'll ever taste! And fresh peaches from their trees to top it off - does it get any better!?!?
Guests arriving... Jill's (the Bride) parents
Uncle Ron and Aunt Pat - very special people to me!!
Gramps & Grams Ramey
