Too tired for words...

We're officially listed, on the market to sell our house.  Please don't confuse that as meaning all the projects are done... In actuality there's quite a bit left to finish up, but it's mostly cosmetic, so we'll plug away at those items in between showings.  :)

We've had some pretty late nights around these parts - Saturday was a 14 hour workday!  Thanks to P's sis C. for coming up to help paint trim.

It seems all my creative writing juices have been zapped out of me... so I'll end the monologue here and hope you enjoy the photos.  Master Bath pictures should be up tomorrow.

New window treatments in the living room...
And also in the sitting area - these same ones will go in the dining room too.  I love them!  They're so happy... don't they make you smile?

That wraps up the house tour for tonight... our realtor's website is here if you're interested in seeing what her camera photographed.  :)  G'night friends.

Wow!!! I'm really, really impressed. You two did a terrific job. When will you come and redo mine? Must say you should start your own business of remodeling. Hugs to you both

I love the green wall in the kitchen/dining area as well as the new window treatments - they are cheery! But I'm with Cara - wish you could enjoy it longer after so much hard work. I think you should post before pictures - at least of the outside by the current pictures just for effect. You've done an amazing transformation. Love you. mom
